We ensure that our donors’ charitable investments create new pathways for people to prepare for, transition into and stay in their careers in the skilled trades and technologies.

- new equipment and material purchases for shop classes
- driver training for at-risk youth
- tutoring and learning supports for apprentices
- mental health supports
- award scholarships and bursaries that will support young people as they work toward their certification or Red Seal Endorsement
CFBC breaks down barriers that impede future tradespeople from entering the industry to ensure that everyone has a chance to access the experience and training that will provide them with a good life, in a great industry.
